About Us Welcome to The Old Button Shop. All my buttons are reclaimed and recycled, ready for you to repurpose. Whatever your project, sewing or art, the button you need is already out there in the world. Why buy new? Buttons have been collected from old button boxes and charity shops and old garments. They are washed, properly dried and de-threaded. They are imperfect. I have done my best to show a close up photo and accurate description. However if you don’t like flaws, if you are looking for perfect, then buying new is probably best for you. If you prefer a little humanity in your buttons then you are in the right place. You will also find an eclectic mix of postcards, books as well as reclaimed relics in the rummage box. Have a look through, goodness knows what you'll find.
